General Manager Ryan Walters leads the team at Téatro alongside our Head Chef, Pierre Needham.
Starting his career in theatre hospitality, Ryan has worked in some of Wiltshire's busiest venues and bars before joining Téatro in early 2018 shortly after the restaurant had opened.
Ryan, with his team, has led our expansion in to a popular, creative, and award winning bar and restaurant.
As well as fierce pride in his work and a keen eye for detail, Ryan invokes an 'all for one and one for all' mentality through every level of the Téatro team.
Head Chef Pierre Needham brings over 15 years worth of experience to Téatro. He gained experience working at Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay, Mews of Mayfair, Grand Hotel via Veneto in Rome, Angelus by Thierry Tomasin and The London Kitchen.
In his formative years of cooking Pierre visited the Med frequently to understand the importance of fresh, seasonal produce. Pierre now brings his experience and knowledge to the fresh dishes of the Téatro kitchen.
Amy Malins has worked her way up the ranks at Téatro from a young age starting as a Kitchen Porter and now, having completed an apprenticeship, works within our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service to Téatro's loyal customers.
Sous Chef Ben Woodward has many years of experience working in some of Gloucestershire & Wiltshire's busiest pubs and restaurants and has a fierce passion for cooking and creating beautiful dishes. He works closely with our Head Chef to create and deliver the delectable dishes we serve.
